Life by True Nature

About Us

Stichting Life by True Nature

is a non-profit

organization located in the Netherlands. Continuously put our

effort to pursue a happy life is our goal. On one hand, we believe that a

happy life comes  from the inner of each of us – spiritual and soul, that

at the same time is inseparable from scientific diet style and regular

sport. On the other hand, we also believe that only with a harmonious

society and a natural earth can we truly achieve our goals.

In order to enlighten our spirit and soul, we study together the classical

philosophy of Confucius, Laozi and Mencius, and absorb the essence of

Confucianism, Buddhism, Taoism and Jesus. More importantly, we learn,

discuss and explore how to apply this to our daily tension and

stress-full life.

In order to purify our body (eliminate toxins in our body), we regularly

hold lectures on vegan and vegetarian style of life, and organize workshops

to teach vegan and vegetarian cooking. We learn from the traditional Chinese

medicine's health concept and integrate it into our daily diet. Vegan and

vegetarian life style is greatly conducive to the protection of environment,

which is now the consensus of all mankind. Protecting the environment

is a very urgent task nowadays. We encourage each of us take action

and leave a clean, natural, and beautiful earth to our future generations.

Being Healthy is the basis of a happy life. We organize lessons such as

Tai Chi, Kung Fu,  and Yoga etc., to provide poeple with simple and effective

methods, so that everyone keep physically healthy and thus can serve the

society better.

Our spirit and soul, our body, and our environment are One.

A happy life, a harmonious society, and a natural earth

require the efforts from each of us!
